About the Women’s Triathlon Club
Over 350 women have trained with the group.
The weekly group training sessions and encouragement from the group has for many been the first step on a new and exciting fitness journey.
Many have now completed their first triathlon and many now also participate in biking and running events.
Our flexible program allows you to reach your fitness goals and teaches you how to maximize your available time.
We cater to first-timers and experienced athletes alike.
Join Us Any Time
Most who joined the group had none or little fitness experience or athletic background.
Group Training
- 2–3 Group Sessions per Week.
- Weekday Sessions: 45–75 minutes.
- Weekend Sessions: 60–90 minutes.
- Related Activities Suggested.
- Various Social and Fun Activities

- Spring: March 5 – June 25
- Summer: July 16 – October 22
- Winter: November 5 – March 3, 2008
- Mini Camps in February and April
- Death Valley Camp in February

Informational Meetings
Just prior to the beginning of each program segment, general program issues and format questions will be addressed.
Meeting times will be posted and are held at the club's conference room.
