Getting WET with Chico Sports Club

Chico Sports Club’s newest Community Wellness Program is making a splash. WET offers a safe, fun and social environment to exercise in. Our therapy pool stays at an optimal temperature for loosening stiff joints and tight muscles. An Exercise physiologist will individualize your 12-week training program to meet your specific goals.

  • Anyone can benefit from low-impact water exercise including people with arthritis, joint stiffness and pain, lower back pain, osteoperosis, cancer and more.

Meeting Time

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 11AM – 12PM
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 2PM – 3PM
