Are you looking for motivation in your cardio workout? Then spinning is just for you!

The Spinning Studio is equipped with over 30 Schwinn Pro spinning bikes, a 60 inch plasma TV, a Samsung sound system and a climate control system. Our dedicated instructors will guide you through a spinning session and motivate you from start to finish.

Spinning classes are included in the membership and are first come, first ride. You can sign up for morning and evening classes in the studio or at the front desk.
