W.O.L.F. (Weight Training for Lasting Fitness)
W.O.L.F. is an all female weight training class that teaches participants how to safely and effectively use free weights and machines. Many women think that weight training will make them muscular and “bulky.” The truth is that it would take a woman a considerable amount of time, and dietary supplements, to develop bulky muscles that are commonly associated with men. Weight training will build muscle, but this will only make for a firmer and more toned body.
Class Times
Monday/Wednesday: 6:00 – 7:00 am
*meets in the free weight room
Tuesday/Thursday: 4:00 – 5:00 pm
*meets in the group exercise room
Prices
