The 12 Weeks to Success Program

12 Weeks to Success is a step-by-step behavioral change program, utilizing an intrinsic process focused to establish a personal commitment to a regular exercise program. Chico Sports Club presents a fun and innovative way to keep on track with your personal fitness program: 12 Weeks to Success plus TechnoGym Smartkey.

The 12 Weeks to Success Program with the TechnoGym Smartkey is a great way to stick to your program every time you workout. Our personal trainers guide you through the system and set up an exercise program designed specifically for you.

The program includes:

  • Two fitness assessments.
  • Three one-hour training sessions with personal trainer.
  • A TechnoGym Smartkey.
  • Daily access to communicate with a trainer.
  • Key programming with our Bioline equipment.

How Does the TechnoGym System Work?

First you meet with one of our personal trainers. They will enter all of your information into the TechnoGym computer.

The TechnoGym Smartkey can load any of the information from the system to certain machines on the fitness floor.

All of the information that you need will be at the kiosk at the front of the fitness office. Your workout information will be entered into the system each time you checkout and will be continually tracked each time you come in to workout.
