Pre/Postnatal Program
Chico Sports Club wants you to stay healthy and fit during and after your pregnancy. Make the right choice today. Chico Sports Club has created a pre/postnatal program with the purpose of enabling women to stay healthy and fit throughout their pregnancy. A physiologist will work with you to decide what level is best and design a customized program to address your individual needs.
Program Format The program will include a half-hour of cardiovascular circuit training and a half-hour of strength training.
You can join the class at anytime. Please make sure that you have a 30-minute appointment with a physiologist to establish the appropriate program level for you.
It is important to have a doctor’s or mid-wife’s consent before starting any kind of exercise program.
