Junior Fitness
Junior Fitness is a class for kids ages 10–14. The class is taught by an Exercise Phyisiologist. The information covered in the class includes cardiovascular training, guidance on age appropriate exercises and proper strength training technique. This class is requied for kids ages 10–14 to be able to work out on the fitness floor. Youths are a special population whose bones and bodies are still growing, placing them at risk for injury from strength training unless properly oriented and educated.
