The program is led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist who is there to motivate, encourage, and teach.
Women on Weights at Chico Sports Club
Women on Weights is a fitness program that focuses on teaching women the importance of weight training along with cardiovascular and flexibility training.
Women on Weights 1
The focus of the class is to provide the necessary information and educate you about weight trainging. With our personal program design, you will gain an understanding of how to achieve higher fitness levels safely and effectively.
Women on Weights 2
Women on Weights 2 has all the same great benefits as Women on Weights 1, but also focuses on continuous modification of weight training programs using all forms of equipment and exercises. This is a group “personal training” class for women.

Sign up at the Chico Sports Club front desk for a Program. Complete a 30–minute medical evaluation prior to start date.
