The Pilates Program
Pilates is a method of exercise that emphasizes elongation of the muscles while developing a sustained strength of the spine and torso.
The results? A leaner, more defined, and supportive musculature. You will stand taller, use your breath with greater efficiency, increase your flexibility and develop a greater range of motion. The exercise will challenge your core, balance, and overall body strength.
This program features Stott Pilates: Intelligent Exercise, Profound Results.
Core Conditioning and Strengthening Workout!
Pilates-based conditioning simultaneously strengthens and stretches muscles using the body’s own resistance in a series of fluid movements.
The key to Pilates is that movement and stability come from the core muscles of the body, which are the lower back, abdominals, hips, and buttocks.
The combination of simultaneously stretching and strengthening along with performing fewer repetitions helps develop long, lean muscles, muscular balance, and improved posture.
