Preparation

  • Arrive early.
  • Check in at the front desk, complete a massage questionnaire and make the payment.
  • Enjoy a Jacuzzi steam and/or sauna to relax mentally and physically.
  • Let the therapist know of any areas that need more attention.
  • Feel free to ask questions.
  • Communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort.
  • Massage is most effective when your body is non-resistant.
