Getting The Most From Your Massage

- Arrive early.
- Check in at the front desk, complete a massage questionnaire and make the payment.
- Enjoy a Jacuzzi steam and/or sauna to relax mentally and physically.
- Let the therapist know of any areas that need more attention.
- Feel free to ask questions.
- Communicate immediately if you feel any discomfort.
- Massage is most effective when your body is non-resistant.
During the Massage
- Relax and breathe.
- Let the therapist know if the pressure being applied is firm enough.
After the Massage
- Drink plenty of water.
- Take it easy and relax for 15 – 30 minutes.
