Cancellation Policy

A 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. Less than two hours notice will result in a half charge and no notice will result in a full charge. Late arrivals will receive the balance of the scheduled time. If more than ten minutes late, the therapist may reserve the right to re-schedule your appointment.
