- Show up to any of the Senior Classes you would like to attend.
- Your Chico Sports Club membership entitles you to full access to most classes, equipment, and features of the club

Community Wellness Programs
CARE (Cancer Awareness and Rehabilitation with Exercise)
Group fitness training sessions, which improve self-esteem, heighten motivation, and increase quality of life through a variety of exercise modalities. The program is open to all ages, progress or type of cancer. Members and Nonmembers are welcome.
Cardiopulmonary Prevention Program
If you have respiratory problems, have suffered from a heart or brain attack, or simply want to reduce your blood pressure or cholesterol, or exercise as a preventative measure; this group fitness training (that is supervised by an Exercise Physiologist) is for you.
DEEP (Diabetes Education and Exercise Program)
Program offered to diabetics of any age. Members and Nonmembers are welcome.
WET (Water Exercise Training)
This 12-week water-exercise training program is individualized by a Physiologist to meet your specific goals. Classes meet in the heated therapy pool, perfect for loosening stiff joints and tight muscles. Anyone can benefit from water exercise, including people with arthritis, joint stiffness and pain, lower back pain, osteoporosis, cancer, and more.
Fitness Staff
Chico Sports Club’s fitness department maintains a high level of education, professionalism, accountability, and most importantly, client relations. Our personal trainers will provide detailed information to those with special needs and considerations when designing an exercise program.
